NACC Minneapolis hit another milestone on Nov. 26 with their first ‘Julemarket’ which was a tremendous success. They hosted approximately 2,000 attendees. Norsk Vaffel (Stine Åsland) alone sold 600 or 700 waffles – a complete sell out. Stine had to call for back-up staff and batter. Other vendors were ecstatic about their sales and PR benefits. This was accomplished through countless working hours from volunteers, both NACC board members and members at large, Norway House, Mindekirken, Sons of Norway and others.
