NACC member Blenheim Restaurant on Good Day New York, a cooking segment with owner Morten Sohlberg featuring Icelandic lamb from Blenheim Hill Farm Upstate New York, and Skyr yogurt from Icelandic Provisions. Blanched kale blended with Skyr, lamb meatballs with mint, thyme and nutmeg. Served with Sunchokes from the restaurant’s farm.
