Changes in the Government: In the June 20, 2008 extraordinary session of the Council of State the King has appointed Mr. Lars Peder Brekk (52), Member of Parliament, Rørvik, as Minister of Agriculture and Food. Minister of Petroleum and Energy Åslaug Haga has been honourably discharged from her post. At the same time a number of ministers have been given new responsibility. Press release

The Business Gateway to the US Government - business.gov, the official business link to the U.S. Government, is managed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in a partnership with 21 other federal agencies. This partnership, known as Business Gateway, is a Presidential E-government initiative that provides a single access point to government services and information to help the nation's businesses with their operations.
